Notice hereby given that the Long Creek Township Board of Trustees MEETS REGULARLY AT 5:30 P.M. on the FOURTH MONDAY OF EACH MONTH, except for the Annual Town Meeting which is set by state statute the 2nd Tuesday of April.

The above meeting dates approved at the April 26, 2012 Meeting of the Long Creek Township Board of Trustees.  All meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. at the Long Creek Township Offices Conference Room, 2610 Salem School Road.  Exception to the 4th Tuesday rule.

Action may be taken regarding any old or new business as deemed necessary by the Board of Trustees at any scheduled Board Meeting.

The ANNUAL TOWN MEETING shall be scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of April.  Will be announced by Public Notice.  APRIL 10, 2012 AT 6:00 P.M.

All of the above Cemetery meetings are held on Friday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Long Creek Town Hall Cemetery Office, 2610 Salem School Road  Decatur, Illinois.

This list of dates for all the meetings in 2012 is in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act of Scheduled Meeting Dates.

All meetings are open to the public, minutes are to be filed with the clerk, pursuant to the open meetings act.
