NOTICE OF MEETINGS

   Notice is hereby given that Coral Township shall have regular meetings of its Township Board on the following dates for the fiscal year April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013.

   April 11, 2012, May 9, 2012, June13, 2012, July 11, 2012, August 8, 2012, September 12, 2012, October 10, 2012, November 14, 2012, December 12, 2012, January 9, 2013, February 13, 2013, and March 13, 2013.

   These meetings shall take place at the hour of 8:00p.m. at the Township Hall, 6550 Olson Rd., Union, Illinois.  

   The Annual Meeting of the Town Electors for the Township shall take place on April 9, 2013 at the hour of 7:30p.m. at the Township Hall, 6550 Olson Rd. Union, Illinois.   Notice of any rescheduled regular meeting, reconvene meeting, special meeting or meeting held in the event of an emergency will be given as required by the Illinois Open Meeting Act.

   Notice is hereby given to the legal voters, residents of the Township of Coral,  in the County of McHenry, and State of Illinois, that the tentative budgets and appropriation ordinances for the Road District and the Town are available for inspection at the Coral Township Hall, Olson Rd. and Jefferson, Union, Illinois.

   A public hearing on the tentative budgets and appropriation ordiances will be held during the monthly Township meetin on May 9, 2012 at 8:00 PM at the Coral Township Hall, Olson Rd and Jefferson, Union, Illinois
