In DeWitt County in the heartland of Illinois, the Town of Santa Anna was platted in 1837 through the diligent efforts of pioneer families near the Salt Creek. Hurley's Grove and Campground Cemetery were among the original sites.

Santa Anna Township is a member of the Township Officials of Illinois, has celebrated over 100 years of serving grassroots government in the state of Illinois. We are located at 819 N. Main Street, Farmer City.
